Title: Do you wish to encounter: Spartans?

How about random encounter with brave Spartans?
They could have "tribal" skins, holding a spears, knives and maybe rocks to throw. Number of them would be between 3 to 10. They could also shout something like "Sparta!" "This is Sparta!" and that sort of thing.
XP for killing them like for f.e. Raiders or Scavengers. Combat skills - Melee, Throwing.
Possible to meet around Modoc, mostly.

Would be cool with probability of 5-10% of meeting. Of course they will be hostile (as hell!).

Spartan would have:
Major skills: 95% melee, 90% throw, 70% unarmed;
ST:7, PE:6, EN:6, CH:3, IN:4, AG:7, LK:6.
HP: 65-95
RES: 15%
EXP: 130

Weapons:
1. Sharpened Spear
2. Spear
3. Knife
4. Brass Knuckles
5. Rocks
6. (unarmed)

Other items:
1. "The Lavender Flower"
2. "Iguana-on-a-stick"
3. Cat's Paw Magazine
4. Weak healing powder
5. (none)

That's not really RP and a bit out-of-theme, but if it's just some sort of "easter egg" or "server personalization"... why not?

lol why not post how to make random encounters and players can just make their own send them in and lol you can review them! tweak them to make them more rpish and fallout lore friendly and make the rly stupid ones RARE easter eggs ala Fallout 2

Hell yeah for Spartans. There's nothing better in the morning than to get a spear in the eye form your friendly neighbourhood bare chested warriors.

It is more humorous suggestion than a normal one ;). Maybe they can be added to special encounters list as a humorous element of fonline, who knows...
