Title: [Low] Holodisk scrolling

Hi!  ;D

I see when I write on a Holodisk I can't scroll the windows, it's simple, add only 2 arrows for scroll and it's good

Now :

There should be command to clear Archive in PipBoy for character :) .

We know about this stuff, but can't change it yet.
