Title: Is it even possible to get into the Redding to buy a base?

Because when I go there, I get insta killed.
Can someone tell me where is base seller located?

Its trapper in local bar (1st building on right side from brahmin pen if you enter from south side).

Usually, we (Cajuns) own the town and we kill you if you go to buy a base.
But now The Rogues own the town and if you want to buy a base you are killed.

Oh wait...it is the same. Sorry, try it during night hours.

It's not possible to buy base in redding. It's blocked.

No no no, we never set militia on "kill everybody on sight". It's just that in the night, there's not much players on the town ^^

Buy a base in Junktown. Northern towns are controlled by griefers for the next few weeks.

Yesterday there was couple of AMP guys, pwning everyone inside. After some time in the evening they went sleep or got bored, because we were successful in buying an outpost there.
So I believe that it is possible to buy a base everywhere, but some places require to do it in "no-life" hours :>

First building right after city gate, bald guy in leather armor next to the bar, named Earl. Prepare 5 caps for a beer, he won't talk with you otherwise.
