Title: Barter Skill

I tried to sell a combat knife at the same vendor with 2 character

The first had 75 barter skill

The second like 20


They got the same price 200 caps...why is that?

Barter skill affect only the time that the barter window is open?

As it was said a dozen times after wipe. (You should use search)
Barter affects price of items not on merchant list.
So if you go to gunshop, you both get 170 for 10mm pistol. But if you go to iguana bob, then you will see the price depends on barter skill.
