How does this PERK +2 per bullets hurt or damage to each attack +2

What about crits? Can they apply to each bullet? or the burst as a whole?

Crits apply to each bullet. This way if you got BRDx2 and all the critical perks (better, more) you can deal A FUCKING LOT damage point blanc to a bluesuit.

And also damage multiplier of bullet appies after perks, so JHP bullets rock.
