Where can i find the following creatures:

Tough deathclaw
TOugh Nightkin
Powerful mutant
Queen alien
Vorpal rat
Mother deathclaw

I have seen some deathclaws in caves, you know, when you just stop by a place and there is a cave. I found some deatchlaws over there, but I don't know is it tough deathclaw, a mother deathclaw or whatever.

Queen Alien, i guess you can find in a cave.
