Hi sniper my special is

and perk for now is toughness, more crit, better crit , lifegiver on 12
and now i dont know if take an other lifegiver its 20 hp up or one more rank of toughness
my bad traits smallframe goodnature

sorry m8 but for good sniper you shoud have 8 end and 6 ag not 5 and lifegiver on 15 lev will give you 28 hp more and with this bulid i sugest lifegiver cos on 21 with 1 lifegiver you have only 172 hp if im remember corectly :D

I personally think its lifegiver (And majority i think )
for me tougness is for tanks - when comined with psycho even the damage of AP bullets is significently reduced.
And as sniperi think you donw want to eat psycho ^^
@trader he is missing one stat on his list -its 5 for normal and 6 for small frame - my guess he has 6 agility and small frame ^^

yea toughness gives edge over big gunners but hp is overally good - hard to tell.
I would say - if you think that you will focus on running in BA then go with toughness . If you are more cheap person and will use Metal armor i would take HP.

i think that even with metal tougness is beter then lifegiver coz lifegiver on 15L gives you 28 hp more and 1 tougness gives you 2 DT on each bullet soo with 1 minigun brust you can stop 20 dmg and with 2 brusts you can save 40 hp but if you have low hp lifegiver is muche beter :D

i forgot about 5% DR but its small number :D

no sane man will use JHP against armored target. You use AP and then the DT is divided by 5. case here is that with BA and 2x toughness you have 12 DT (11 probably due to fast droping DT on armor when detettiorated) stil lthe value divided by 5 so its 2 against 1 if you have just one toughness - this one does alot of differance.
in case of metal armor it substacts one with and without second toughness so its just the 5% DR extra

Well, with IN 5, you will not have enough skill point in SG to use the maximun advantage of a sniper rifle range or 50 hex.

o nthe other hand you dont get to use that too often ... well with 5 int he can get it to 240 afaik , 10 PE and he can do eye shots at day and groin shots at night - wouldnt say he loses anything

Can you tell me from what you have informations that ap ammo divides Your DT by 5 ??

Penetrate perk is weapon's feature, not ammo's. Thats what I can see in words

Ammo got piercing perk that does exactly same thing as penetrate on weapon. ask solar if you dont belive me.

But what if 14mm Pistol have penetrate perk already + he uses AP ammo?

well it has only one type of ammo to begin with .... and it doesnt stack in any way just that they didnt too much to have it sense..
basicly SG /BG should have ammo with penetrate perk
and EW/Melee needs weapons with penetrate perk

Damn EW sucks even more than I thought. So good that I've ~deleteself few days ago, that info would be my last-head-shot.

those are s e c r e t ... lol
eitherway with 5 int and the sg quest (you can do it if you start with 6 ag if 7 then you will have 51 SG skill and cant do it) you can go up to 235 SG skill that allow you to snipe like i said ... ofc if dont consider stacked AC like dodger CA MK II isntat BA.
I personally like 221 SG more - it lets you to go up with outdorsman to 120 and it makes life eeasier :]
(221 is gor head shots at 50 hex , at night range will decrease to 45 unluckly (or you can try groin at 50hex if targed has low AC)
