Title: Whats this car for ?

I have encountered this car atleast 5 times already and every time it didn't have anything? Do I need to do something special with it to get some resources ?

Hi,i found same item but i dont know on what it is..  On my buggy it does not apply..

I once found in this car wreck some Junk and Electro parts. Nothing else, I guess bad luck (IRL).
