Title: What is game time compared to real time?

Is game time 4x speed? Since 1 week real time is 1 month (for renting hotel rooms).

I'm just trying to find out how long drugs actually work.

1 ingame minute is somewhat 2-2.5 seconds real time, so...

Drugs work for about 5 minutes at best.
