Title: Police Brutality
Post by: Feragoh on April 02, 2010, 09:18:07 pm: Anyone know why the guards outside the Bank in NCR would let me walk in with no problem, wait my turn with no problem, then out of nowhere blow my freakin' head off for seemingly no reason? I have totally neutral Karma and am a member of that bank. I just lost a TON of gear and cash (for me anyways, still a newb) and I'm kinda pissed about it.

They kill you for blocking the door? Really? Isn't that a bit extreme? haha

Post by: Winston Wolf on April 02, 2010, 09:48:41 pm: No it's not extreme. Some months ago people blocked the door of stores ect. so people couldn't leave the building. Those people had 2 chances:

1. To shoot the blocker and getting killed by the guards (Which was the blockers goal)
2. To stay in the building until the blocker is bored

Not anymore. If someone is blocking a door now, while standing over a so called "antiblocker", you can alt-click him and use the "push" button to push him away.

at least in vault city, i accidently blocked entrance to inner city, and guards killed me for blocking (and i was vc citizen, also i recieved -100 karma with citizens)

Anything that has an attack option is considered a weapon. Sledge too.
