Title: Make repairing like Crafting/Gathering

And make it a cumulative timer.  It's a pain to not be able to do anything except repair something, wait a minute, repair something, wait a minute, etc.  It would be much nicer if you could repair 20 things and then not be able to use your repair skill for an hour or so.

Thoughts?

Id like to see repairing become part of your proffesion.As a small gun crafter lvl 3 I think it makes sense that i can fix the guns Im able to create from scratch.
