About two weeks too late to the party - I blame the (lack of) alcohol.
The latest Rotators project (in the works since roughly June 2019, so pretty much a quick-shot) has been released in version 1.0!
FALLOUT ET TU allows you to play the classic Fallout 1 in the engine of Fallout 2 with all its added features: enhanced companion controls, general interface improvements, and of course the easier modding which now allow us to do almost anything to the game, thanks to state-of-the-art Sfall engine hacks.
FEATURES
- Replicates Fallout 1 in 2 almost 1:1.
 - Comes with the Hero Appearance mod integrated (Bald Dude, Long Hair Dude, Punk Girl).
 - Selected Fallout 2 weapons have been added (sparingly!) to the game world in ways that don't break the game balance.
 - Fallout 2 styled merchant inventory restocking (Optional).
 - Party members and generic NPCs can be pushed out of the way.
 - Party members level up and change their appearance based on worn armor.
 - Party members can be controlled in combat (Optional).
 - Automatic door opening and closing (Optional).
 - Traverse the wastes on your very own motorcycle (Optional)!
 - Continue playing after the main story has been completed (Optional).
 - Lots of bugfixes, making the game run more stable than even the original with patches.

Well let me be the first(i think) to congratulate you  ;D. One small step for you and one big step for everyone. Fallout 1 has always been my favorite in the entire franchise and playing it with the improved game mechanics of Fallout 2 is a dream come true for me, much like FOnline was a long time ago.
Now how about an Android port hmm ;) ?

Thansk. I'm pretty sure some folks already talked about Android. So it should in theory be possible.. but don't ask me how.

See https://nma-fallout.com/threads/fallout-et-tu-release-v1-1.218045/page-24#post-4364462 and earlier/later discussions. Might want to reach out to those two, seems like they got it running.
