Title: ncr is set noobie spawn town

it wouldent be much trouble, and it would make people like this game alot mroe. why go acrosss the map with only 32 outdoorsman just to meet a frend?
also, make bigger, multi story hotels, like 50 rooms

And it's right by all the TC towns. Perfect for newcomers!

I just wanted to troll a bit.

In my opinion, Hub is the best starting point. But this heavily depends on what you want to do in the beginning of the game.

Noobs who logged in for the first time usually got in the middle of a crossfire, or were followed into the wasteland and killed. I'm going to say we stick with the new instanced start points over going back to the NCR setup.
