Title: Perks Not showing up

Our server is running fine except that we have leveled up an are not able to choose any perks. The selection box shows up but there are no words only blank. So you cannot pick anything. Also the perk editor is not working if that has any cause? like it will not open the perks.xml?

Yeah. Now the issue I am having is when we start up the server we have 6 hour cooldown on everything

Make that 16  hour cooldowns

Edit: Is there a command to reset cooldowns on a person?
