Title: [Reloaded 2] Missing scenery in mapper

I use 2nd session reloaded sdk and get missing scenery in maps

I got similar effects with V1, but only when using map editor, actually, I did not test those maps with game. I thought they are invisible when playing, so I did not bother.

u did ~regenmap or `regenmap ? it help.

As in title in mapper.

However on 2238 sdk scenery is ok.

So it is probably missing art.
