1: How would I go about editing what effects drugs have on the player?

2: How can I make it so people can see HP above other players heads?

3: How to make a Pick Up/Drop All function for players?

2. Dunno but old solution for tla sdk, dont know if it works http://forum.newfmc.pl/index.php?topic=364.0

Other I dont know how to script. :P
