Hey there.
Today I wanted to try the first time in getting a profession. Before I created my character, I decided to just have an average one, who can make some simple armors (profession 1) and some "mid tier" small guns (2 and 3). I checked out the wiki pages and tagged my skills who I need etc.
Now I finally wanted to get the first one, "Small Guns Profession 1" from Joyce, in Junktown - I have all the requirements, like written here:
Requirements [1]
* 60% Repair.
* 50% Science.
* 70% Small Guns.
* 4 Strength.
* 5 Agility.
* 1500 caps.
But everything I can say to him is some line with "nevermind" etc. How's that? Or were those requirements overworked?
