Title: NCR, why is it dead??

NCR is dead every time I log in.

There's always 1 guy AFK, and 2 others speaking another language

What happened to everyone trying to kill me or the noobs fail stealing or  rusty do something fun?

20 active players + 20 dual logs + 14 afk peoples... That is it...

Man people sometimes overkill with their estimate of the number of people who are dual logging.
