Title: Treasure Hunter perk changes and X ray glasses!

A suggestion to the perk Treasure hunter : if you have it no changes in tresure loot but when you spot a encounter in wm (outdoor) you get in the message if there is a locker or not, a valuable info that may change your decision (go in or skip ?)

Another suggestion for lockers hunters:  a craftable item (hq alloy, uranium, maybe it use small energy cells ), head slot,  X ray glasses! Yes you can see what a locker contain! (so  if your first attempt fail you dont wait to open  a stupid locker containg 4 junk and 15 caps)

Treasure hunter shoud work for caves too.
Seems like caves are somehow forgotton in developing process.

Lockersbshold stat as is in the chance of finding one, but i think their loot should be increased. Blue prints need an alternative. I dont know anyone who enjoys hunting bps in lockers. Rare drops from certain npcs or more quest reward bps  and some made available in towns through merchants.
