Title: New use for dynamite

Well, since the recent dynamite assassination nerf, I suggest making dynamite a little more useful. I think we should be able to use them to blow off the locks on footlockers in random encounters. This would encourage players to use the dynamite for something else than NCR noob murdering  ;D

Yeah, there is a lot of things that have been suggested already, but it gets drowned out under the list.

We ask for a lot, the devs have to prioritize.....
It would help if they'd at least tell us they got the msg, though.

Well people who stockpiled dynamites for ncr bombings (if those people still exist) would probably make a killing selling this stuff to BP hunters.

Sorry but it can't even remotely compete with lockpick skill. Hmm what should I do, make a lockpick alt that has infinite tries to open a lock and doesn't need to be supplied with expensive supplies or blow up the locks just to find few mausers inside? If anything make high str characters able to open locks with a crowbar. The entire lockpicking idea stinks as hell, who would lockpick anything in a post-apo world anyways?

why would you blow up a soulless locker when you can blow up a NCR noob that just got his first caps from shoveling shit for an hour straight?
