Title: marshall from Gun Runners and efffects questions (3 total).

• What do I need to talk to Marshall from the Gun Runner? I got the messanger quest from Jacob, but he won't let me deliver it becasue of my sg skills (or lack of).
• Is there really an effect in pink hair?
• Does necklace have any effect?
