Jovanka,she nerfed special encounters with nuka cola in it.Now you can get some decent amount only with a FAIL hibrid lockpick build.That was the last drop for me.Dammit Nerfvankab,she critbursted fun from one hex.

So a special encounter that was just recently added, was "nerfed" because you need some LP skill to get an easily obtained item, and this was the last straw?

You really should have yourself checked.

the point he is making is you should not need a special build just for special encounters. They are supposed to be rare and should not require a new alt.

Seriously?Besides the characters that are most likely gonna get SE are lockpickers looking for chests 'n' shit.

I really don't get why some people are making such a big deal about nuka-cola. And why should random encounters be so easy? Lockpicking is in the game for a reason, it shouldn't cause a backlash when a working function is implemented.

Funny, my LP builds haven't found any SEs... It is when I log onto my PvP char for the shortest period of play that I seem to find them :( I can see why people are a bit miffed about the lockpicking in special encounters, because it really is just goofy... But yeah, I don't get the continuous "TLAMK2" and "Server Is Dead" Posts. There are obliviously still people here, hoping for divine intervention, and the game to improve.

The bonus the LP builds get from SE is nothing significant. It's a nice bonus if you happen to have this kind of encounter with lockpicker char, but not something to be pissed about when you encounter it with non-lockpicker char. (Though I admit it can be teasing if you don't know what is in the locked box.)

The problem is that when something is fun,especially for a casual player,it gets nerfed almost imediatly,while you can wait a lifetime for an improvement.If something is really FINE AS IT IS,it won-t last long,stay assured!

Honestly are the devs to be blamed? How I see it is like this:
Pvp apes left but nessies are still around. You never saw or will see them because they are crafters and pve guys.
Sot left like they always do. Hawks got swarmed by DMC and now dmc has nobody to fight so they aren't ingame that much either. This is how the player count lost about 60 players.

Only thing to complain about is stim-obtaining. But that nerf happened when 2 gangs had already stopped being active.

AVV pointed you out the reasons. And special encounters that turn out into special frustration are just the top of the iceberg. Like the motorcycle enc I found... without a gun on a fastshot alt. Very "special"

crafting SS isnt much more time consuming than it was before steal nerfing. Has anybody even tried to craft them?

Requirement for 100 SS:
100 broc & 100 xander ~ 30 minutes in klamath
100 chemical components ~ 20 minutes in waterworks or toxic caves
300 bio med gels and 100 empty hypodermics ~ 5 minutes + 8100 caps in SF and NR 
Crafting Stimpacks and Superstimpacks ~ 5 minutes
TOTAL : 1 hour of your time + 8100 caps = 100SS

And crafting is much more funny then just repeat stealing Bos, rly it is.
For those who is lazy anyway, feel free to ask me. Iam selling any amount of SS for 200 caps each.

honestly? yes.
as fonline community we were supporting this project for years sharing own expirences, problems, sugestions, feedbacks. dont mention about supporting 2238 by donating money for running this project up. what we recived in return?

ok fuck it, there is no point of discuss this. we really tried that before.. its just disapointing to watch project what we supported for years its slowly diying day by day and we cant do anything to save it :(

i have stole hunderds and thousands of SS before, but i barely succeded to steal 100SS without fail(i succeded to steal over 100 SS between 2 fails in maybe 10% cases). Most likely i stole 50stims in around 20-30minutes then i failed.., also happened many times i just started stealing and i failed on 1st try. Build has 300%steal,10LK,8PE...
