FIXES:
- You can no longer repair items with 0% deterioration. (Link (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=254.0))
- Really '0' timeout for mid-resources
- Follower slots should finally be fixed. (Bug (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=47.0))

but i have question , why everyone have BIG LAG in game?

Because follower slots was recalculated on server startup. Should be gone now.
