Title: Can't move right using the mouse

When I hover my mouse to the right the screen doesn't scroll, however when I scrolls up left or down it works properly. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Try zooming in or out slightly and see if you can scroll right left better. (Use Z key).

No I mean it's impossible to scroll right while in a map, and when in the world map if I scroll right the screen etches to the left instead and I can't move it back to the right.

use right arrow to scroll. try running game in less width resolution

Try first move it a lil up or down and then in current side
