during last update, 3 of my characters seem to have dissappeared. has anyone else had this problem? i tried to speak to a GM but they were pretty unhelpful so any help would be appreciated

It would be helpful if you provided some details. Like, when you logged in successfully the last time on them and what exactly the server says when you try to log in. And what are the account names. I can't guarantee that it will be any help, but without some basic info chances are 0%.

character names - magz ( i reused this name yesterday to create another character ) guinan and majin. last successful login between friday the 8th and friday the 15 of march. server says incorrect login or password, sorry if i'm being a pain in the hole but i lost alot of stuff especially with magz cos he was lvl 24 :(

If you managed to remake a character with the same name, it means the character was deleted, although someone with actual access to the server files would have to confirm it (I don't have it). Either way, I have no idea how this could happen, unless you gave someone else a password who deleted the accounts. Client files aren't randomly deleted according to my knowledge. There were some cases of corrupted character files but then the message is different.
