Title: Make talking to NPC`s easier.

"They seem to be busy. Speak to them later."

Make the farmers stop moving while doing miniquest in Hub. Having to wait before they stop making circles is very annoying.

I`ve had the same problem while making the Train quest for Vaultcity. In both cases were wasting time because of npc behaviour.

Sure they are. Which doesnt change the fact that this feature is annoying as hell and since doing quests isn`t popular, making them a bit more easy to click coud improve its popularity.
