Title: How do i cut down trees? What trees to cut?

Hi,

I have a primitive tool and i want to cut down tree.
I have >20% outdoorsmant, and no gathering lag.

How do I do that? ;-)

The trees in ncr near the inner wall are choppable, look for the ones with roundish tops.

Yep, it works on thoese trees.

I suggest naming the trees or descibing the trees as cuttable somehow. Like "You see old sick tree; there won't by any use of it." and something diferent for the trees that are strong and we can cut them for wood.

when you move your cursor over trees the cursor becomes a hand if cut able. if not the cursor becomes binoculars..

Any other places with cuttable trees?

I was going thru random encounters, various cities.. and I can't find any new trees to cut. Only that 6 in NCR.

Any ideas? :-)

Look at the worldmap for hilly areas, and look there. Nearly every map with a cave on it has also choppable trees there.
