Title: Lower AP limit

There should be 3ap limit for every single character,so low agile chem reliant characters are able to eat drugs even if they are addictcs! there is also possibilty to lower AP used to eat drugs for chem reliants(except ss ofc).

Hahaha, I still do have one poor disabled guy like that somewhere, too wasted to take another dose. Totally useless junkie, can't even open the door or pick anything from the ground. On 24 lvl of course, 'cause I wasn't wasting drugs while exping then :D

But c'mon, that's a noobish mistake in build, not an in-game flaw to bother with.

That's some weird shit alright, but I'm not trolling.

I re-considered to level such a build because of the amount of drugs involved and low amount of agility. I still intend to level it, but slightly different.

What kind of build is that? Well, when shit hits the fan on the forum you'll know.

Too bad you can't use drugs on other people any more, or an alt or friend could help.
Won't the addiction wear off eventually?

Addiction is permanent, that's Chem Reliant. Tried everything back then, now I can see that's a quite shitty build anyway. Now he's happy roleplaying some bad-luck veteran in Maltese Falcon, scanning for companions :D
