Title: BPs

My idea is simple, add to the game quest that will have reward for fulfilling BPs. Quest did for solo players like Ares or Glow. Quest would be repeatable after 24 hours. Quest could take place in the old vault, which inhabit the robots and rats. There should also be Locker, which would require a lockpick, also a door would require lockpick.

My answer to this is simple.
Try turning on TB in options and go ask Gunrunners about "mercenary level jobs"

I opened more than 50 locker in encounters.
I opened seven gun runner metal case.
In ares i not survive even 10 minutes, and when I go to glow, so there PK come and kill me.

and it got a dynamite BP, which I bought from players. Therefore this proposal.
Another way to get BPs and things that can be obtained only in Glow or Ares
