Title: Redding Gas Station in Redding

I buyed a Gas Station in redding , the problem is that the base spawned in Redding, after searching for a while I spotted a little smaller green circle inner the green circle surrounding Redding, how I can reach it?

[ Resolved ] location deleted, caps refunded, but now I have a screenshoot of the Base That Cannot Be Raped
