Dude, how do I find that shit? The chance to find a fucking car must be ridiculous.

uhm you can buy cars in a shop some where (unless it changed). Never bought one so you'll have to look around the forum or wiki (outdated).
Of course you can also buy them off players

You can by them in New Reno, but it can be dangerous.
Prices change depending on how many have been bought in the day.

Also, if you prefer, the player greenthumb has a pretty good car dealership going.

Edit; You can find random encs with cars in them, but yes, they are very rare.

Wait for some dumbshit to park in a town and lockpick the car. Doesn't happen often, and its far from honorable. Otherwise, buck up and actually play the game instead of expecting stuff to fall in your lap.

You can find player's cars in the wastes for a small amount of time (if its TB) or in RT as long as the car is still there.
There is very rare special enounters said to have unique cars in them, and theres also cars sometimes in city encounters than can be searched for junk or a Fuel Cell Controler.

Get near Frisco, careless people leave cars on WM near city when delivering the GunRunner case.
