Title: Being unable to run while on Idling timer

I still see one last use for fast relogging even under the idler timer, looting. For that I would suggest disabling running while on idler timer (inside combat zone only of course).

I suggest this idea only because I have a decent PVP looter and the team would expect nothing of me except running around looting CAs.

Those who have idling timer and get caught in a combat zone should be able to flee.

Also, if a player switch character to loot, he would have full idling timer for his pvp char. If it is a random guy, he wouldn't be affected by idling timer.
