Title: Give the option to cancel quests

I'm currently stuck on trying to find a lighter for Monte Carlo. I haven't been able to find one all day. I'd rather just give up and ask to find something else.

Risto asked me to find something else, but I have now forgotten what it was. That is how I roll.

Dunno about afterwipe, but pre-wipe there were shitloads of lighters in caves.

I don't know what is Lighter, but if you mean Flare:

You can find one, by doing quest Rail Line Gang, look at shelves there you will see a Flare.
