Title: nonstop loading screen/ error

ran the updater, seemed to be ok,  but now when i run Fonline, the loading screen never ends and when i hit escape it gives me a weird "login/error" alert.

I had problems too. But after deleting the cache folder as well as FOnline.exe and FOnloneGL.exe and updating again, it worked. You might want to try that if you haven't already.

I had problems after one of the recent updates, so I just deleted my FOnline client and downloaded "Jovanka's client (http://fodev.net/forum/index.php/topic,22146.msg183126.html#msg183126)". That worked. Remember this will give you a fresh new client! You will only have the basic stuff, no custom interfaces, namecolorizing, etc. So study your folder in case there is something you wanna back up.
