Making this for the future questions i have since im rather new to this game =)

Is Fibers suppose to be hard to come by im having a lot of empty hands when it comes to fibers.

Also try to read the Wiki before posting any question you come up with. Maybe you don't like reading and that is why you don't look up things yourself on Wiki. But you'll have to read our answers too anyway, so use Wiki which is a faster method ;)

i did read the wiki it doesn't really speifiy where to find except mountainous and forest areas which doesn't help as im new and dont no the terrain features yet

Just enter random maps west of NCR, I've always found them there.

I think he meant:

Fibers require a Knife, and a tough Tobacco plant in the Wastes, its a orange/tan plant stalk.
