Title: Make vehicles always spawn far away from NPCs.

It's not uncommon for people hunting with vehicles or falling into random encounters to be stranded from his vehicle because there's a row of NPCs ready to shoot him if he gets too close in front of it.

This is a classic example, no one goes near the cart without being careful, otherwise the NPCs shoot.

Not to mention when the vehicle literally stops right in the middle of NPCs, was the driver drunk?



So my suggestion is simple, make vehicles ALWAYS spawn away from the center of the map so this kind of situation can be avoided.

good suggestion +1, i guess car spawning is not processed yet.
