Decided to eat the blueprint instead after learning about the bullet bypass and not really needing caps.

can  i say something :
CA BP is not valuable now ;(
you can farm also VC patrol 3/30 det its like 100/100
and you can farm better caMKII 30/60det Easy its better that CA 100/100 ;/

3/30 or 30/60 is not the same as 100/100

Yes, I think so.  I know of someone that will pay 300k for the BP.

You can farm ca mkII and repair it to 70+ det.
