				i was using build like this to abuse blueprints in silo, and with 200 sneak mutants didnt see me. i had like 13 lvl, 200 sneak and 200 lockpick, it was special build dedicated to lockpick only 1 locker in silo, take 4 blueprints and run away, repeat every few hours.

				200 is probably enough for encounter NPC's.
My sneaker/LP had 210 sneak, worked just fine for most encounters.

I usually level sneakers on mantis/molerat encounters.  Enter sneaking, they group up on each other, then just spam them with molotovs.  You don't need any throwing skill, just get within a few hexes and all is well.

				Yup, and if you have high PE (or One Hander) you dont even have to buff throwing skill, almost every throw hits the target. I mean, you dont need to have either of those to level a char that way but its a bit faster if you do.

Hmm i have try this with a sneak with 300% and when i open the locker mutants attacked me.

Mutants and lockers had been buffed so you cant get "easy" loot.
I could have sneaked past mutants without a problem with 300 sneak and open any locker with 180 lp + extended lp set with almost 0 fails. But now I'm lucky if I can even pass through first doors in silo..... those goddamn flamer mutants.

				yeah that was my problem, you enter ares within 3 hex of mutants so they see you no matter what
