How much charisma is needed to talk to traders in vault city?

Most traders require atleast 3 charisma, others dont have ch requirements.

Oh and low intelligence may also be a problem. Not sure how low though.

OK, thanks. I was wondering why they kept insulting me haha. I thought maybe I did something to have low karma in vault city.

And different traders buying different stuff. Check forum or wiki for info. But i think you know it :)
