Title: drugs ummm

i was looking at drugs in the wiki an there is one drug called HYPO were can i get some of that on the world map

That is a United Federation of Planets item (lol) not found in 2238 as far as i know, unless you can find a crashed Federation shuttle-craft. Note: Federation shuttles are not found in 2238. So answer: it is not in-game as far as i know unless a GM gives one to you special, and i never heard of that for this item.

I got few of them from trader in SF tanker in January I think. Used some, got only 2 left.

it heals exactly 100 hitpoints and has no drawback later like superstims. you can buy it from merchants. strange that so many players dont know what is it and how it works. i once trolled whole faction with hypo, told them it adds permanently 100hp.. they believed like hour till 1 of them found info about this.

If there were rare items that gave 100 hp I would definitely have a main char.

i have main char with 255 and extremally bad build with special: 2, 1, 8, 10, 8, 2, 10. to be honest its my favorite character.
