Unarmed. Do it man style.
Plus you don't need to carry anything with you.

Nvm, I will try do it on my own, but I wonder which skills I should take, probably unarmed, first aid and I dont know which third, outdoor or barter or science?

Slaving and hth both are special heavy in different areas, you'd be better off going small guns. fyi barter doesn't do anything.

It is depend on your purpose. Do slave run quest or maximum number of slaves
