This is best condition armor camk2 in game or someone has better?

I've found laser rifle with bigger clip with 97/98% from BoS initiate, :P.

Maybe I had a 97/97, maybe not.

I have found gatling X/99% from enclave, its not so rare becouse also 100/100 are available.

Heh, I remember 95% CAmk2 helmet somewhere in one of the bases, finding it would be real painful, so no pics. :)
