And this has nothing to do with being a "cheater" since scamming or robbing is generally part of the game.. I don't consider you a cheater, but I consider you an outsider of which I have no prior knowledge of. So I will cut my risk percentage in half by not doing business with you. Sorry fella.

However, I do have a second gauss pistol I'd be willing to sell to you, if you trusting enough to do Caps first, then I'd return with your gear.

My reputation goes much further than yours and so this is the only way I will be doing business with you.
