Title: Put the Monte Carlo fetcher quests in every town.

Put the Monte Carlo fetchers in every town by using the 'Employment boards' in each town. They seem like a wasted opportunity.

You go up to it, click the noticeboard, it'll randomly ask for say, 'three rotgut'.

You collect the materials, come back. Use the notice board.

"You wait a few minutes. A stranger approaches, hands you your cash, tells you not to ask any questions, and walks away".

i support this idea with one exception- these quests should have a time limit!

I take this idea back, it's more interesting to be forced to travel across the wastes. I'd say add these kind of quests to a few more locations.
