Title: Clear the NPCs away from the Hub unpacking area

There's two people right by the caravan that people unpack boxes from in the Hub, meaning things get a little crowded and people get blocked in by NPCs.

Just go check it out, you'll see. Nothing too major is needed, just moving the NPCs further away.
