Title: Vampire Accuracy Perk ???

In the script, I found that there is a quest perk that increase change to hit 13% in night
Anyone have a clue what is it?

Yes, it is similar to night vision.
Found it in Fonline source code, I think it was removed from 2238.

Didn't they remove the night time aim malus in season 3 o something making it redundant?
