Where can i find the tape recorder needed to complete this quest?

Risto didn give any advice where you can find it...

Guys i have the idea about this tape or engine. Maybe this item in Klamath. I saw broken car there. Like in fallout 2. You got some equipment from the car. Answer who will check this car ) Maybe answer for our quest there. I couldn't go there because every time get killed by someone )

Risto's the guy in the Hub bar right?  He gives various items that he's looking for.  He's asked me for a Velvet Elvis, and another character of mine for an urn or something.  Don't know where to look for them though, but I imagine its close by.
