Title: Is this a BG Build ready for PVP?

 Alright, so I've posted a build here, since I need some help pulling some strains from my brain:

BG Build.

S. Strength - 7
P. Perception - 6
E. Endurance - 10
C. Charisma - 1
I. Intelligence - 5
A. Agility - 10
L. Luck - 1

Perks associated with this build:

Fast Shot - 1 AP less with one handed weapons, 1 AP less with two handed weapons. (Adds more damage, but doesn't lower AP!)
Loner - 10% more skill points per experience, can't have followers.

gonna need more luck :P

at least 5, so 3 IN and 5 ST and take weapon handling

you should use nitue.net for planning character, FS and Loner arent PVP trait and not perks at all.

This is not a build. Build should contain SPECIAL, traits, all perks, distributed skills and drugs it uses (if a drug build).
