its terrible.

why it doesnt have silent death?
what for does it needs weapon handling?

so get rid of weapon handling, have strength at 3, lower endurance to 4 (or 2)

that means I get
undrugged:
3 str
7 pe
2 end
1 cha
10 int
8 agi
10 lk

is that any better?

Sneakers are generally useless for any type of PvP,PvE.They are only good scouts.

Question, bro are you new to the game or a veteran player just looking to make a sneaker? If your new then I'd recommend an Energy Weapons Fast Shooter as your first build.

Kind of new to the game ^^
I just remember playing before the wipe and got my ass kicked by sneakers xD
I've tried using the universal crafter build but it's kind of too hard because it's main goal is to craft and I've tried unarmed builds didn't like it too much

Sneakers have been heavily nerfed, SD doesn't work with grenades or with burst so they kick ass no more.

put your luck to 1 (silent death does the job)
put perception to 10 and pick sharpshooter perk
put your sneak to 300%.

Try a laser pistol /rifle sniper or perhaps an avenger build with bonus ranged damage, or an m60 without BRD, if you can "feed" it.

PS m60 is easier in terms of ammo and weapons. 7.62 is not that hard to craft/farm, if u have any questions-feel free to pm me or ask on forum, although people might start raging cause BG builds have been discussed a lot and you are supposed to use search for such purposes.

This is pretty much the best pistol sneaker possible, also handy that it can make its own weapons and ammo
