Hello, first of all, i should note that this is not personal. Could be, but not.

As many players know, Vile is a player who apparently enjoys insulting and humilliating other players. One day, someone called him a "cyberbully" and i think is the best description for his vehavior. Sounds like a joke because is just a game, but not,i think is not very ethical to have a person near saying such stuff ALL DAY. Yes, with everybody except his buddies.

I know from long time ago, that racist speech, and any kind of derogatory words (such as, nigger, faggot, etc) aren't allowed. Even more when that words are driven directly to a person and totally out of the game.
I remember when a friend got banned for saying "nigga" and it was a joke to another guy who was her friend. She got banned and wasn't fair because it wasn't on bad purpose.
Well.. then why is this... guy all day long insulting people?

Well as i said before, this is not personal. I ended biting the bait BUT it isn't personal at all. There are a lot of players who have been bothered by Vile and i made this post because nobody deserves to suffer his personal/mental troubles/issues.
It is not fair at all.

I dont know him much, but i can vouche for Grey

Every time i go into NCR (rarely) i see him screaming racist words, or just nigger this nigger that fuck bitch, ect.

I agree, I personally hate this guy. He is in NCR all-day-long complaining about GM's, Dev's and players. Giving out false information to newbies, being down-right disgusting and realistically, everytime I enter NCR and he is there, I just bloody leave.

Wasn't it the funny person in NCR who failed 4 times to assasinate me after having a beautiful coversation about My Little Pony and about God with him?

If yes, he's pretty bad at this 'cyber bullying', he had no words, no arguments ... after a while.

I was doing some hefty NCR idling earlier today and I saw (who i think was vile) talking to grey about raping her and what not. Also, anytime vile sees me he's always like "oh look Gimper the fag" or some childish insults. It's not that it bothers me personally its just very very VERY annoying. I'm with Grey, PULL OUT THE BAN HAMMER!!!

I vote yes, in favor of [IP] banning that particular player, who i believe is TKs-KaBoom on forum, and aka "Doc Abortion" in game as well as "Vile".

This is a "griefer" who told me once in voice chat that his purpose is to upset people. Even one of his buddies told me he is a "very sick man". If you're here to play this game for its intended features, great. But if you're here to crash the server, for example, then you have to go. That means there is a line. I hope that Vile's behavior is on the "let's ban him" side of that line.

C'mon! You voted to kick this guy out based on his horrible behavior. That's your vote. If you change it based on something else, then you still don't want that behavior in the game, so don't change it.

Doc Abortion is Villian. I know this because Doc told me and some others and also I've seen Vile and Doc Abortion in NCR at the same time both carrying on separate conversations. And yes Doc Abortion is a pretty funny guy, I seen him charge a BOS Paladin Patrol with a super sledge, lots of laughs there.

Do as i do. Go to ncr only when you must get awareness. No hurt feelings no bubu no tears about some words that makes you tearful someone said something on the internet awww.

I dont really understand what are people screaming about. I go there if i need to sell something,if i need some perk, if i need to buy some medicine or get quest. I see no other reason standing there,hearing someones bloody talks and then cry,that I dont like his words,ban him...

can't troll all the time in forums because of bans, he's trolling everyone in game to get some attention (well, the only thing he succeeds in)

GMs ban people who break the rules when they personally witbess it, not because someone requests it. Now I know, depending on the times you are online it can be hard to catch an active GM on IRC or ingame or via requesthelp, but please try to do that first and dont open such a request thread.
